Sole plates
Sole plates are used with rail constructions to support the rails. Dependent on the load and the type of rail, choice can be made between continuous and discontinuous support. With both types of support boltable as well as weldable clips can be applied. For the discontinuous type of support we supply various ribbed tie plates.
Continuous sole plates
Length: Standard 5980 mm.
Width: Varying between 150 and 500 mm.
Thickness: Varying between 12 and 50 mm.
Material: S235JR, S275JR, S355J0.
Preservation: Black, coating, hot dip galvanized, duplex system.
Discontinuous sole plates
Length: Varying between 150 and 300 mm.
Width: Varying between 150 and 500 mm.
Thickness: Varying between 12 and 50 mm.
Material: S235JR, S275JR, S355J0.
Preservation: Black, coating, hot dip galvanized, duplex system.
Bemo Rail supplies the standard sole plates and also its own forged ribbed base plates.
