Vignola rail

We offer an extensive range of Vignola rail: various S, ASCE and UCI rail profiles, such as the S7, S41 r, S49, UIC60 and the ASCE 85.

Our rails are produced according to European specifications and are available in many lengths and steel qualities.

Rails can be tailor-made for customers by our engineering department. In our modern well-equipped workshop the rails can be cut to the desired size. We have the knowledge and equipment for many necessary processing options, such as the drilling, milling, bending and preserving of the rails.

The admitted wheel load from the rail table is based on the steel grade of the rail, the applied rail system, the wheel diameter and standard service factors as defined in DIN 15070. When optimising these factors the maximal wheel load can be increased by approximately 35%.
